9.6 trên 10, Ngoại hạng, (1.006 nhận xét)
"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, modern and actually a very nice size especially for a New York Hotel. While most decent New York Hotels are expensive we found this to be a good value given the level of hotel, our room and its location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is somewhat lacking especially when compared to some of the European hotels we’ve stayed in.
All in all would definitely recommend Hotel Giraffe."

"For a very premium price this hotel has some glaring issues. For one the rooms are extremely small. We had the Queen which is according to them one of their “least small” rooms and it was tiny. We couldn’t open our luggage or navigate without bumping into each other. The location is great and the staff are friendly but other than that not many positives. We were also awakened by housekeeping on multiple days possibly due to how small the pathways are. Everything else met our expectations but I’d...

"The location is great, but unfortunately what I booked was not what I received. The property and room felt very tired and dated, the bed was extremely hard, and there was little to no water pressure in the shower.
The biggest disappointment was the room itself. Based on the listing, I was expecting a much nicer outlook, but instead my window looked directly onto a brick wall, which was definitely not as advertised.
Given the condition of the room and overall experience, I don’t think this...

"We arrived to our room with the toliet off of the toliet. The bathroom was very dirty and dusty. Overall for the amount we paid it was not worth it. The beds squeaked everytime you sit or lay on it. The floors/carpet had stains on them. Overall I will not be staying here again. Very nice lobby area however."
