We felt the view was the only thing that set this hotel apart from your basic Marriott. I had issues checking in, getting room service, and receiving help for an item I left behind in my room. I was initially told that no, they could not FedEx it to me (at MY cost!) I put my husband on it, and it got done. (Hmm, sexism?) Room was too small for two people to easily maneuver in. We had to take turns using our luggage, etc.The thermostat was, um, problematic. We had it set at 67, yet the room was 74 degrees! We had to open the balcony door in order to feel comfortable. (Luckily, it was damned cold outside!) Overall, disappointing. Will not stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
