"The hotel is nice, new, very clean, and with nice sized rooms.
We did have a significant check in challenge that was tied to the hotels.com payment (NOTHING to do with the hotel itself). We prepaid for the room, (and had proof of this, but the payment from the booking site was not transferred through to the hotel. This caused confusion for the staff (our booking showed up as no payment made, credit card declined) and took quite a bit of time to figure out. The staff were nice about it, but it wasn't a smooth entry. I've booked a lot on hotels.com and never had this issue before."

"Most everythng about our stay was good. The only negative is the check in. The front desk staff was not very professional. A group checking in before us were from her home town & she was more interestd in talking to them. In addition, while actually doing my check in, she stopped to take a photo with one of these people. Despite there being teams of ball players there, breakfast was wel stocked & staff cleared things quickly."
