"The room not ready when we there 4pm. They give us a room almost 6:30pm "

"The room was ok, but the bathroom smelled like urine. It would not dissipate even with the door left open. I didn't try to change rooms as the hotel was sold out. The staff didn't seem to be that concerned when it was mentioned, but said they would pass the message on to housekeeping. I would have preferred to have stayed closer to Denison University, but those hotels were also sold out."

"The staff was amazing!! The iron board was broken but other than that it was an excellent stay."

"The mattresses were horrible and broken down, the walls were marred and the ceiling had exposed angle iron holding it up. I DEFINITELY did not feel safe in the parking lot, very scary area with lots of people smoking weed in there cars or right by the door. Broken glass and used condoms in the dog walking "patch" of grass and dirt. Mini fridge had freezer which as a plus and bathroom was brand new which was lovely. Breakfast was good and area kept clean."

"The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that."

"Older facility in need of repair. Low staffing level - front desk was frequently vacant and phone not answered. Staff seem willing but insufficient in number. Low prices are justified. If you need basic, no frills lodging in a place that’s a little worse for the wear, this will suffice and cost less than the others in the Zanesville area. "

"That place needs to be shutdown was very nasty unclean didn’t even sleep in the room slept in my car couldn’t take or wouldn’t take a shower in there was yellow stained shower head broke the floor weak scared fall threw they put a piece of plastic over the soft spot making it worse toilet so yellow inside didn’t use it was a waste of money 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend health department needs to shut that place down hallways smelt like weed and people was stripping cars in parking lot"
