"The room not ready when we there 4pm. They give us a room almost 6:30pm "

"The room was ok, but the bathroom smelled like urine. It would not dissipate even with the door left open. I didn't try to change rooms as the hotel was sold out. The staff didn't seem to be that concerned when it was mentioned, but said they would pass the message on to housekeeping. I would have preferred to have stayed closer to Denison University, but those hotels were also sold out."

"The mattresses were horrible and broken down, the walls were marred and the ceiling had exposed angle iron holding it up. I DEFINITELY did not feel safe in the parking lot, very scary area with lots of people smoking weed in there cars or right by the door. Broken glass and used condoms in the dog walking "patch" of grass and dirt. Mini fridge had freezer which as a plus and bathroom was brand new which was lovely. Breakfast was good and area kept clean."

"Super clean rooms and facility, easy parking and located near freeway. Also fabulous staff!"

"That place needs to be shutdown was very nasty unclean didn’t even sleep in the room slept in my car couldn’t take or wouldn’t take a shower in there was yellow stained shower head broke the floor weak scared fall threw they put a piece of plastic over the soft spot making it worse toilet so yellow inside didn’t use it was a waste of money 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend health department needs to shut that place down hallways smelt like weed and people was stripping cars in parking lot"

"There was remodeling going on in other areas but didn't affect us at all. Room was remodeled and very nice. Had everything we needed, Breakfast was also very good. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and this was the first place in a long time that had things I could actually eat. Will definitely stay again. If I had to think of any improvements it would be that my pillows were way to soft and squishy. Lol! Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!"

"Property under major construction incredibly disruptive, had guys on scaffolding outside my window at 8am, doors blocked, parking was a mess, no room to park. Room wasn’t exceptionally clean on check in, body hairs everywhere in bathroom. Breakfast was good. People were as good as can be expected under circumstances."
