"Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. "I went to check in and was told by the young girl that I already checked in. Impossible since I drove 7 hours and just not got there. Then she said she has a card on file already and again I say that’s not mine. I even asked if someone else is going to be in my room and she says No. I go to my room and guess what. There are 3 bags in there. I call the girl who says I will have to come back down and talk to the supervisor then hangs up on me. I try calling back and she won’t answer. I had two...

"Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."
