The Biltmore Los Angeles
"While the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were completely outdated and the carpet was musty smelling in my first room. I ended up having to change rooms because the faucet in the tub wouldn’t stop leaking. The new room (on a different floor) did not smell, but was also very outdated."

E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel
"We drove from San Diego, the check in was awful. Long wait only one person at the front. We were not explained if breakfast was included? we were not offered water bottles like the rest of the guests. Valet parking were the only guys who really made a difference."

Moxy Downtown Los Angeles
"It was the smallest room that I have ever paid that much money for. The bathroom and shower situation with the sliding see through doors was terrible. No privacy and no room to move or put your things. Staff couldn’t care less. Would never stay there again."
