"Easy access to airport"

"I waited awhile to write this review to see if they would ever call me back. We stayed there for a conference. We went to bed late. Midnightish, but had to wake up at 5am. About 2am we were woken up by a very load knocking sound on our wall. We were at the end of the hall, so there were no rooms beyond ours. We looked out the door and there were people carrying linens out. The knocking continued for at least 10 minutes. I finally went over to the room, the door was proped open. They had a big machine snaking the toilet! I called the lobby to see if they could wait until morning to do that kind of repair. They sais someone would call me back. They never did. They just kept us up with that loud machine. So annoying. I LOVE Marriott's. I have never had a problem with them. This was a huge problem! I wasn't asking for a room refund or anything. I just wanted a call. I have video and photos. Huge disappointment guys!"

"Check in staff was very friendly, airport shutter was good, but every 30 minutes, breakfast was OK. The fire alarm testing was very annoying from 9:30 to noon, they had a speakerphone on the wall in our room, you can hear all the conversation and the alarm, we flew 15 hour from Europe, it’s hard to relax in the room. They did apologize and give us late checkout."
