Rooms are very simple, clean, well kept with tiny bathroom, pillows are what you would get at motel but otherwise nice bedding. It’s all decent. What you pay for above the average room is a fancy lobby.

Knott's Hotel
Great location, good restaurant, large pool with spa and splash pad. Rooms are nice, but property is outdated. Very thin outdated windows (could hear people at the pool from the 6th floor)
