"While the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were completely outdated and the carpet was musty smelling in my first room. I ended up having to change rooms because the faucet in the tub wouldn’t stop leaking. The new room (on a different floor) did not smell, but was also very outdated."

"The tv volume did not work, so couldn't even watch tv. There were some stains on my daughter's sheet and pillow case. Other than that, the hotel was beautifully decorated and the pool was great. I would stay there again, but maintenance needs to be better."

E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel
"We drove from San Diego, the check in was awful. Long wait only one person at the front. We were not explained if breakfast was included? we were not offered water bottles like the rest of the guests. Valet parking were the only guys who really made a difference."
