"Premium room was basic. Limited space. View is not worth the price. Hidden fees and charges the hotel doesn't tell you about until you arrive. "

"The elevator was out of service. Upon arrival the person at check in advised the elevator was not working but they should be fixing it soon they just weren't sure what time. The elevator was out of service up until our departure the next afternoon. "

"The property was overall a pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s conveniently near the Falls and within walking distance to several spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was decent, it mainly consisted of bread options. It would be a great improvement if they could include more variety, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, to make it more satisfying for guests. Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff—just a bit more variety in breakfast would make it even better."

"The room was very nice. Clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good! In room coffee maker and fridge are great to have. We did book a jacuzzi suite and that is where we were a bit disappointed. It was the smallest jacuzzi I have ever seen. Not much larger than a regular bathtub. We did see other jacuzzi rooms with "normal" size jacuzzi on our floor so I don't know why ours was so small. Great stay otherwise."
