"Staff was very accommodating. Amenities like bottled water, coffee, espresso, small snacks were welcome and plentiful. Location afforded easy access to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, and also mitigated the noisy crowds and atmosphere of the party scene. The variety of rooms available adds curiosity to a return visit in the future to try them out. Overall pleasant experience."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff, little bar area, and french toast restaurant for breakfast was great. Area however is disgusting. I would never stay in the French Quarter again. We were they a few years ago and the area has so deteriorated since then. Lots and lots of homeless living on the streets, sleeping, getting high and defacating. Also spent 1/2 of the morning listening to trash trucks outside our window. Do not stay in this area!"

"Super friendly staff, loved the location and ease of entry into lobby using code. There was no silverware in room and the spiral staircase to get up to the bedroom was a little tricky with a suitcase. Overall wonderful experience!"

"The room I stayed in, the wallpaper was peeling. Looked like some minor water damage. If you happen to obtain a tour credit, the staff isn’t very knowledgeable about it, that’s including the concierge. I enjoyed the stay nonetheless."

"Great stay from beginning to end! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Kind and hospitable from booking to checkout. We were upgraded to a king room which was much appreciated! There are no vending machines but there is a 24 hour market on the corner. Next door is a cute pastries shop that has breakfast and sandwiches as well. Close to bourbon st and Jackson square. I would definitely stay again!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were great for us. Nice refrigerator. Coffee and water provided for the guests. However, there was no hot water when we tried to shower. Coffee pot did not work the last night we were there. There was breakfast for purchase only. Coffee and water was in the lobby for everyone. Their staff were always pleasant and friendly. They made the stay worth the money paid."

"The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure."
