"What a delightful stay"

"Aside from the weirdly slick and sticky floor, the zero view, and the a/c that thumped like an intruder at the door all night long: this hotel was great and the bed was unbelievably comfy. bathtub a perfect soak after a long long drive. Staff was super nice and helpful. do not uber eats from Outback, take my word on this one thing if nothing else. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Hotel room was really nice. The staff at check in and check out were super nice and helpful and the process took maybe 10 minutes total. The casino was lively and clean and the food in the hotel was a 10/10. "

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...

"Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!"

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"The air conditioner was good, the staff was nice an the room was clean, i did not have cable tv but that was fine with me the room did have wifi I only stayed for the 25th an 26th i checked out early instead of check out on the 27th im still waiting on my my refund since i booked 2nights an i only stayed 1 night 🌙 It was awesome 👌 👏 "
