"My daughter and I stayed at Beachside for one week. We enjoyed the free shuttle that departed the top of the hour into town and the ease of two pickup spots in town to return to the resort. Every half hour would have been perfect. The on site restaurant was excellent. And the beach is nice. We took advantage of two excursions that met at the dock behind the hotel. Our sugnature king room was clean but furniture was not new. Nice bedding. Generally a nice place."

"When I booked the room I asked for handicap, my 79 yo mother has knee issues and cannot walk a lot and has difficulty getting in the shower. I was denied when I checked in because they said there were no rooms available. I paid for a breakfast option to be told it did not include omelets and that was 20$ more. The bathroom was not clean and had a urine order I asked the manager to have someone deep clean the bathroom again when we were out, not only did she NOT clean the room but she stepped on...

"Everything was pretty great but not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom was very strange and lots of creaks/noises from the building, mainly that elevator that squeaks like crazy when it’s in motion. Very noisy neighbors."

"The hotel, pool and marina were lovely! Great for just the two of us but also family and pet friendly. Hourly shuttle into historic Key West is super convenient, golf carts are great for getting around the island. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful. The hotel is located across from a nice, wide bike and walking path that is parallel to the ocean. It’s also walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants and the airport. We used uber or lyft several times and every time, the driver was there in less than 5 minutes. Super convenient Almost can’t beat it, but it is very pricey. They do provide full size complimentary water bottles daily to each guest and free shuttle service to Duval St...

"Overall decent facilities but nothing impressive. Rooms are very small. The layout of the property makes pool access easy but the bar stays loud late into the night and is directly adjacent to rooms, not ideal for families. Limited food options on property. Some of the staff were great others were not friendly at all. Shuttle service was a big plus."
