"If you want the industrial hotel experience this is the one for you. Room with sloped concrete floors, shower low flow waterhead and no room to set down your toiletry bag. Hot water was luke warm not alderan hot. Next door they are busy dismantling another building so garbage trucks were running until midnight and picked it back up around 6am. Not much in the way of amenities. On a positive note, very affordable and conveniently located. If you just need a bed and poor nights sleep this is...

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. But, there was no ice bucket or refrigerator or cups. The air conditioner was very loud. The clothing storage area and the carpet showed signs of age. Unfortunately the bar was being used for storage and there was no area to purchase snacks. The lobby was very small. I did like that there was free water available. And the hotel was in walking distance of many places that I visited in SoHo. Also, the beds were very comfortable."
