"Front desk was super friendly so they set the tone you’d think
House keeping showed up while we were in room 415 ask if she could give us a few so she could clean. Nope she said no she leaves at 5
Parking is a struggle as it’s under remodeling so it is to be expected. Only 1 pool and very dirty. Restaurant extremely disappointed and price way too high.
Shuttle was prompt with there schedule was pretty spot on"

"Beware there is a “resort fee” that I was not aware of. Maybe missed during check and “fine print”, but had paid in full through Expedia when I booked. Looking for just an overnight stay (last minute) for short visit to Key West. So for two rooms I booked there was a total $66 additional charge that I noticed on credit card I gave for added amenities. It was not nearly as reasonably priced as I first thought."
