"The hotel marketing is good. The Superior room looks much bigger and nicer online. The superior room with a garden view is very small. And the room is on the ground floor with the lobby and other rooms on the fourth floor. The hotel is conveniently located and walking distance to main attractions, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We expected a bit more, but the bed is comfortable, the AC works great and it was very clean."

"Muy agradable la habitación , con una linda cocina. Nos encantó el Sillón y la Pequeña estancia ya que viajábamos 4 amigas y podíamos descansar y conversar ahí al final del día. Sería muy útil que dieran a los viajeros instrucciones de cómo tomar taxi y autobús desde el aeropuerto y desde la terminal de trenes. Llegando Nos sorprendimos con el costo de Uber que es mucho mayor a los precios en Roma ( casi el triple) y las personas en Florencia en general Son poco amables con los Turistas para dar...
