"I stayed at this place a few years ago and it’s nothing like how it was before. I was so disappointed. The elevators smelled so bad I literally had to cover my nose. The room was dirty, one of the pillows cases had some sort of brown stuff on it. The couch was disgusting, visible stains everywhere. If I could post pictures i would. Will never stay there again."

"Room was clean. We didn’t have towels when we checked but housekeeping quickly brought them to our room. Overall a good stay. "

"The hotel mouth wash bottle was 1/2 empty and the seal was broken - meaning that housekeeping did not replace it when they cleaned from the previous person who rented that room. "

"The TV did not work. And the front was not very inclined to fix it. The AC would not cool below 75 no matter how low it was set. And just to add one more thing…. The phone did not work. The positive thing was that the breakfast was decent. So props for that. Definitely would not recommend. Stayed in many hotels in Lubbock and this was definitely near the bottom. "
