"Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall.
Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade.
Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement.
Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid."

"Very large, clean rooms. The staff is exceptional. Restaurant, ATM, shopping, fitness center, massage, etc. On site. The prices are the best!!"

"The room is decent size but a bit dated.
Staff are friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast was great with good variety. Service was good and omelette is readily available.
