Le personnel, qui était plus que suffisant, se trompait dans la prise des commandes (même les commandes les plus simples du style : 2 pasta du mois et 2 pizzas du mois). "Very disappointing stay, one of the worst experiences. Taxi driver could not know the location and made several rounds before getting to the right place. So call a residence but no cooking utensils at all except one stained pan and one stainless pan but nothing else for cooking. Advertised that there is a swimming pool and in fact NO POOL. We had to ask for toilet roll and waited for TWO days. The bathroom floor was full of water. Really disappointed hotel experiences."
