"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lodge/hotel is old which is understandable for europe/swiss. If you are tall, this place is not the best choice. Door thresholds are under 6ft tall. Shower is the same, similar to a small camper style. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable which led to some rough sleepless nights (my biggest issue). "Brekfast looks so old fruit look nasty fly and bug in every well I not expect Expedia select this property now I have to make sure when I book from Expedia this hotel don’t have shop shampoo I ask staff they give me some one use bottle that’s so nasty they charge me 20 Swiss money I don’t know why plz remove from u book list such bad experience hope no one book I never see this kind of bad breakfast in my life"
