"The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. "Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"Palihouse is in the perfect spot in bh, literally a 3 min walk to popular spots like Joan’s, Carla cafe and la la land. The staff are amazing, and very helpful. I’m so happy I found my new place to stay when I come to la!"

"We had three rooms reserved and two had A/C problems. Everyone had to figure out finding another room at a different hotel since they didn’t have any rooms available. Hotel should have notified us in advance so we could have figured other accommodations and stay at same hotel. I had asked for front desk to get manager to call me but no one called. Rooms are not maintained at all and have a musty smell."
