"Staff was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and honest. My 7 year old grandson helping load up the truck opened his wallet to get room key. Not noticing that his money he was saving fell out and was in the grass. A few hours after we where headed back to ST Louis, he called us and said that he found some money by our room with an outside entrance. Reviewed his security camera and seen it fall out of grandsons wallet
We made arrangement to get the $180.00 back. I return to Warren PA 4 to 5 times a year. I will always stay at the Quality Inn where we will feel safe and the employee6 are honest and respectful."
