"Very nice staff. Grocery store directly beside hotel. Bus stop close. Marienplatz is 20 min walk. Christmas markets nice with great food and handmade ornaments. I’ve stayed at this property 4 times. Great location that’s quiet and safe. Nice size rooms. Hotel breakfast is good, buffet style with too many items to list. "

"Basic motel, shady location due to the 3+ strip clubs (brothels?) on that block and large number of Middle Eastern men hanging out in the evenings. That said, we stayed there three nights and never had an issue at the hotel or walking to/from it. "
