"The staff is very nice, the guy let us go to our room as soon as it was ready, we went before check in time, it was perfect bec we came from a long flight, we we're so tired. This place is close to the tourist spots in the city center. There's stores around, perfect spot to stay. They clean the room everyday with new towels. Perfect for families. Nice place."

"Gute Lage nahe der Innenstadt von München, dem Bahnhof und vielen Geschäften. Empörend war das Benehmen der Dame an der Recepton bei Ankunft. Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, weil laut Expedia Information Hunde willkommen sind und haben bei Buchung auch angegeben, dass wir mit zwei Hunden reisen. Trotzdem wollte uns die Receptionistin abweisen. Wir mussten kämpfen, um die bezahlte und bestätigte Leistung in Anspruch nehmen zu können. Dann wollte sie 80 Euro extra für zwei Nächte für die Hunde....

"Das Hotel liegt im Bahnhofsviertel. Es gibt viele kleine Läden und Restaurants im Umkreis. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr groß, die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Bad benötigt eine Renovierung, Sauberkeit so lala. Aufgrund der Coronavetordnungen wurde das Frühstück (sehr lecker) aufs Zimmer serviert. Für ein, zwei Nächte in München ist das Hotel empfehlenswert."

"Hotel cerrado, te alojan en el Cristal a la vuelta de la esquina. Allí me dieron una habitacion hecha pero olvidaron vaciar la papelera y recoger las latas de cerveza. Me la cambiaron en seguida. Cama comoda y silenciosa."

"Hotel is in a good Location. In desperate need of renovation. Beds are old, uncomfortable and make loud noise every time you move. Toilet ran every couple of minutes for the length of our stay. It’s very clean but smells like dust and has had smokers smoking in there in the past. Staff was very pleasant."
