Besonders Herr Otman und Raphael waren äußerst hilfsbereit und immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben. Sie haben uns in jeder Situation unterstützt. "The amenities are superb! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold."

"Overall, I had a good experience with this hotel and the tech (to unlock doors remotely using your phone) worked without any hassle. The concept of having no front of house (reception) did feel odd. I'm not sure what would happen if your phone got stolen and you are a solo traveller. Another odd thing is having a glass door to the toilet. Works if youre solo but otherwise not sure about that. I was also allocated a room that turned out having a common terrace outside the window and I didn't...

"Top Unterkunft! Boden war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten war es völlig ausreichend, also alles was man braucht. 27€ pro Person fand ich anfangs viel zu teuer für ein Frühstück, aber als man da war, war das Buffet richtig gut. Von A bis Z alles da. Inklusive Sekt...Qualität auch sehr hoch! Personal war an der Rezeption höflich, sonst keinen Kontakt gehabt. Bar auch nicht genutzt! "
