The A/C did not work for 4 days in a row in either rooms , with outside temperature of 38° we couldn't sleep well . "We stayed one night at the Hilton and the rest of the trip at the Hyatt in Cologne. I was a little bit concerned about some of the reviews regarding getting stolen in the lobby/restaurant, but our trip was smooth with no issues. The room was spacious but a little bit outdated. The towels have stinks. I do like their heated towel rack though. To be noted, you have to pay for the water in the room."
