"Zimmer Katastrophe. Bettgröße, Deckenhöhe und außenfassade. Aaber Lobby cool und Personal ganz nett. Wenn man bei Tageslicht die Hässlichkeit nicht erkennt, ist es bei Nacht mit den Lichtern ganz hübsch"

"Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal"

"Sehr gut gelegen in Hauptbahnhofnähe. Nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer. Nervig lediglich die sehr laute Lounge-Musik sehr früh morgens im Foyer. Am schlimmsten für das arme Personal"

"Room was very clean, staff very helpful. A great stay overall."

"The rooms were beautiful. We had the family room which consisted of 2 adjoining rooms. Each had a king size bed and seating area plus own bath with shower and one with shower and bath. Very spacious, clean and overall excellent room for a family of 4+."

"Room and decor were nice and clean. No amenities except for built-in hand soap, hair/body shampoo, magnifying mirror, and coffee/tea. No room fridge. Staff helpfulness is uneven=depends on the person. Right next to the Hansaring train station but the hotel entrance is hard to find because signs are flat on the face of the building and Google map makes you walk a full circle around the building."

"Excelente ubicación y servicio"

"This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Hands down the best stay and experience ever!! We could not have asked for better accommodations to celebrate our Anniversary! Most Sincerely, The Browns"
