"This hotel was great! Our plane to Berlin was changed on us last minute so we arrived by 9am instead of 2pm. The staff let us check in early at 12pm and was very nice about it. The property is in an OK area, what I would warn people about is that the hop on hop off buses park right outside of the hotel, so it can be a little noisy and crowded in the morning. "Langes Warten Beim Check in. 30 Minuten sind einfach zu lange. Check In Terminal hat mit meinen Buchungsdaten nicht funktioniert. Das man jetzt Zimmerreinigung grundsätzlich bis abends 20 Uhr an der Rezeption anmelden muss ist schon sehr merkwürdig. Das es dann nichtmal eonen Preisnachlass gibt, wenn man die tägliche Reinigung nicht in Anspruch nimmt, ist nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. War bisher besseres hier gewohnt. :-("

"This property has a great location for accessibility. It is located right across the street from the train station and a quick easy 5 minute walk to the town square. The staff are so friendly! They all spoke English which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant is wonderful, we had their breakfast buffet each morning and the food and service were great. Property is very clean and parking was available in their garage. I would definitely stay here again. "
