Great value for money!

Good value for money. Nice room with air conditioning - good beds and a nice superior room with big bathroom and a nice lounge area. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Nice venue

Out in the countryside, Not many people! The spa was a sauna... Not much of spa for a Nordic person. Used to have massage but not any longer. Spa would be bath possibilities... great bar and restaurant.

A bit disappointing

The hotel was chosen due to its golfcourse. Arriving surroundings looks a bit tired , they Claim to have 3 restaurants but there is only one. Room was nice and new. Restaurant is so so. Golf course has a nice layout but is not in good condition . The city Lunenburg is nearby and very nice

Our stay here was so wonderful and peaceful! It is a beautiful golf course, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and we appreciated the his & hers sinks. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the German countryside so much, that I absolutely did not want to leave! We hope to visit Schloss Ludersburg again very soon! The restaurant was also delicious (and seemed to have some good options- the salmon was amazing, and I honestly think the salmon was better here than anywhere in the US [maybe apart from Alaska!]) and the breakfast was very satisfying! They even have a very nice espresso machine at breakfast that makes cappuccinos and lattes. The employees went out of their way to assist us whenever we had a question or a request. And we felt welcomed here! We are not big golfers, but we hope to come back just to enjoy the peace and quiet and visit some of the neighboring towns again. There was so much to see (Luneburg, Celle, etc), and Schloss Ludersburg makes a great "home base." I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the German countryside!

Die Bewertungen sind entweder euphorisch oder kritisch. Wir beurteilen eher kritisch: Das Hotel ist einschließlich der Frühsrücksmusik ( Parole, Parole……)wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Sanitär, Teppichboden etc sind aus dem letzten Jahrtausend. Die Bäder incl Weißwäsche waren sauber Die Golfanlage interessierte uns nicht. Wir waren auf Familienbesuch. ABER: ein NoGo: ist das Frühstück: Um 9h gab es nur noch einige Scheiben Käse/Salami/Schinken/Putenbrust, kaum Brot. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Ein geschmacksneutraler Pseudo- Camembert lag jeden Tag nur als Ministückchen unter der Cloche. Die Eier im Körbchen waren wahlweise roh oder hart gekocht. Es gab ein vermatschtes Müsli. Die Marmeladen aber waren lecker. Ein einzelner, freundlicher Kellner konnte da natürlich nicht Abhilfe schaffen.

Enttäuschung pur

Das Einchecken war okay, auch wenn wir die beiden gebuchten Räume gesondert bezahlen mussten. Ein Zimmer war Hochparterre, das andere im Dachgeschoss. Im Dachgeschoss gab es eine Klimaanlage, die nicht funktionierte. Damit war der Raum eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Die Nachfrage beim Service: ist kaputt. Ein anderer Raum stand nicht zur Verfügung. In beiden Zimmern waren Teile der Möbilierung abgenutzt, teils schmutzig. Im Hochparterre fiel der Rauchmelder mitten in der Nacht von der Decke. Das Frühstück war aufgeräumt, die leeren Platten wurden erst auf Nachfrage dürftigst neu belegt. Gutes Brot war Fehlanzeige. Nachdem wir im voraus gelesen hatten, dass das Restaurant nicht gut bewertet war, haben wir dort nicht gegessen. Das Hotel verdient leider -trotz der tollen Umgebung - keine bessere Note.

Leider nicht wie gedacht und beworben

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Sauberkeit und Bad auch in Ordnung. Leider war mein Eindruck, dass das Hotel die besten Tage gesehen hat und notwendige Investitionen nicht oder zum Beispiel bei Möbeln billig ausgeführt werden. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, das einzige Fenster war ein winziges Dachfenster. Im Verlauf meines Aufenthaltes hätten sicherlich andere Zimmer zur Verfügung gestanden. Da ich aber ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte wollte man mir kein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Ich denke das sagt einiges zum Servicegedanken gegenüber dem Gast.

Aftensmad var acceptabel men dyrt i forhold til andre steder Vi tilkøbte dyr morgenmad, EUR 25 pr. person, maden var slet ikke pengene værd, udvalget var ikke særlig stort, vi blev dog mætte.

Fantastiske omgivelser, dejligt værelse med badekar. Måtte selv afkalke regnvejrsbruseren. Havde bedt om en dobbeltseng, queensize, men fik et værelse med to enkeltsenge. Vi kunne rykke sengene sammen, men stadig med et ubehageligt, hårdt mellemrum mellem sengene. Restaurant og golf er strålende, personalet er venligt og professionelt. En enkelt ting: toiletrulleholderen er skarp og stikker ud, så man kan skære sig på den.

Virkelig lækkert sted!

Virkelig skønt hotel med lækkert værelse og badeværelse. Forbløffende billig mulighed for aftensmad og en morgenbuffet med ALT hvad man kan ønske sig. Derudover det perfekte sted for golfspillere! Og prisen var mere end rimelig.
