"A heartfelt thank you to the Happy Rentals team for making our stay at Love of Lugano so special! They were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. The apartment is sparkling clean, modern, and perfectly located near the train station, great restaurants, and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Jessica"

"Close to everything. Follow check-in procedures as it is a little tricky to locate unit by only using address."

"The wi-fi information listed on the back of the door was wrong. I was there for just about 2 weeks and they did not stock the apartment properly for the length of my stay. The glass light fixture had food slime on it, the shower ceiling had black mold I was given 1 of each; dish cloth, washing cloth, dishwashing tab, wine glass. I had to ask for mugs. The flatware was scratched,"

"Nice and clean apartment, not in the city center but not far away and Parco Ciani was great!"

"This property had amazing views, was extremely clean, and had access to local buses that brought us to Lugano center. The hosts were responsive and kind. We left items at the apartment and the host quickly delivered them back. "
