"What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend! "

The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. "Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"Room was nice, bathroom very spacious, breakfast was the best we had in our trip, and they make you whatever coffee you want too. They had cannoli, croissants, etc. location was very good, there were restaurants nearby and you can walk around Trapani without a car. "

"A beautiful historic hotel. We had a suite with an amazing view. This area is off the beaten track. A gorgeous area to base yourself. Gorgeous beaches around area and on your way to San Vito lo Capo. Must see: salt pans in Marsala and Trapani, Trapani salt museum, SAN Vito lo Capo and some of the beaches on the way. Maybe if time some of the belvederes and grottos around as well. Only issue with hotel: this area is not very geared to tourism (good and bad) so no food available during siesta time. Restaurants open at 7:30 pm. We like to eat earlier (Canadian). Hotel does not offer laundry service or have little shops. We were off peak time, so maybe more open during summer. Overall it was an amazing place, highly recommend, just be aware of limited food/shopping options. "
