"We booked one of the larger rooms and it was nicely appointed with a coffee maker and a full kitchen! Very comfy bed and pillows, everything sparkling clean. Small but convenient parking garage for which you have to call in advance and reserve a spot. A very basic continental breakfast was just meh, served in the gallery lobby with nice artwork. Staff is superb! And the hotel is mere 1-2 blocks from many restaurants. This place is great and a good bargain!"

"They really keep this historic hotel in tip top shape. Pablo at the front desk is always super helpful. Feels like going back in time yet everything works. Super location too. "

"Checkin was good and the property in about a mile from Costco and there is a Total Wine & More even closer. Parking is free and there are a few places to eat in walking distance. The staff was friendly and eventually accommodating. I say that because we were put in a room underneath people who stomped non-stop. It took us about 30 mins to realize the noise wouldn't stop. We reported this to the front desk and the response was we will tell them to cool it down. Needless to say the noise continued. We went back to request a different room. They accommodated us. They put us on the second floor so we weren't underneath anyone. Both room were clean. The breakfast was a bit of a disappoint. They offered some hot food but the quality was a bit lacking. Overall I wouldn't recommend the property but I would recommend the local area. Its real close to downtown at a lesser price. I also recommend you try Downtown BBQ at 610 3rd st. We had chicken and ribs and both were fantastic."
