"The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. However, the grounds outside had a lot of litter and the landscaping had been let go so everything was shaggy and overgrown. While the room was clean, the kitchen had no dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc., and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom. When I asked about this I was told that I could check items out from the front desk. However, their one blow dryer was already checked out so I was out of luck (my words, not theirs, they were very nice about it). I've stayed in other hotels with kitchens, and they provided dishes, glasses, silverware, etc., so I wasn't expecting to have to deal with absolutely nothing in the room. Very disappointing, and I probably won't stay here again. I also hate that hotels don't do daily housekeeping anymore, although I know that's not specific to this chain."
