"The hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff helped us with parking, making reservations, and allowed us to leave our bags before we checked in. We did not get the breakfast with our stay, but they did have coffee and fruit available to us on another floor which was nice. The room was great and we loved our view of the lake!"

"Nice looking hotel when we drove in, but… When we checked in and asked for the table for dinner there was no availability in any of the restaurants. So we had to go and eat outside of the hotel. "The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
