"This isn't a real hotel. It was more like a cabin with a bar next door and the bartenders are used as hotel employees.. even though I don't believe they are truly affiliated with the hotel. "This was a stunning property with a beautiful view. There was a lot of construction when we were there, but I’d highly recommend it for when the construction is complete. The rooms were very clean and the front foyer was rustic and very cute! Great breakfast in the morning. We stayed one night and it just happened to be the night the restaurant was closed (Wednesday night). Was great overall!"

"Everything we needed was in the room: fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, shower gel, box of tissues. We were very well looked after by all staff. An added bonus was that the hotel is in a quiet area, 20-minutes away from central Lucerne by bus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, buses every 30 minutes and free with the visitor bus pass. Would definitely stay here whenever we're in Lucerne again."
