"Always enjoy my stay here. The beds are super comfy and the pillow selection is great. The rooms are very quiet although if you are backed onto the lane way their can be some early unloading for goods for the restaurants near by. But I am assuming this isn't often. The staff are very friendly too. It's conveniently located just at the top end of China town so only a short stroll into the CBD and who can say no to a free beverage at 5pm! We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we have a toddler who is just learning to walk and it was the perfect space for her to walk around and explore. The lolly buffet was appreciated at the end of the day when walking the city. I will stay here when visiting Melbourne in future. "

There are plenty of eateries close buy. The tram stop is next to the apartment. I was a bit worried on arrival about the noise from hospital and helipad being very close , but there was no need to . We couldnt hear any noise once the door was closed. The manager was amazing. He went above and beyond...
