"Unable to check in early as advertised. Outdated rooms. Dirty bathroom with hair all over. No coffee available at 10 am. "

"Room and property were disgusting smelled dirty ashes on the floor and tv stand bathroom was terrible and unsanitary. Could not even walk into the room without feeling nauseous. Pool had algae and moss cover was full of debris. Looked like a homeless camp. We immediately turned in our keys and left"

"Our reservation was lost. They had rooms available but where 10X the amount we booked it for. There was not any type of notification that our room was cancelled or anything. We drove hours to get to the hotel to find out that we did not have one. The receptionist was not kind and we had to leave. Unfortunately, we had to go home because there were no rooms available in town and this hotel was not worth over $500.00 a night to stay in."

"When we arrived, many rooms were not ready. Many bookings had been cancelled. It was a major weekend due to a concert in town. Booked this place because of the price. But it was not even worth it. Very disappointed. Very dirty place. Needs major attention from owners. Would not recommend to anyone."

"We booked the last room on Expedia and paid in full as we were in Lubbock for the George Strait concert and the city and up to 1 hr travel was sold out! When we arrived at the Travel Lodge we were told they gave our room to someone else but they had another room that they don’t usually rent out that we could stay in. We had no other choice but to accept because we were 5 hours from home and we could not find another room in Lubbock! It was horrible!! Broken window, mold in the tub/shower,...
