I don’t see how this was a four star hotel. The rooms are very small. It was lacking basic things there was no shower cap, no hand cream, no conditioner, etc. in the bathroom, just soap.

Property was very nice. Good food. Great staff. Little oasis in a bit of an odd area. But very convenient to travel around the city.

Ibis Budget Lyon Confluence
Be aware that the single room is small and not many amenities are provided. Other than that, everything was nice, including breakfast.
