"The room was great and always up to the same standard but what really set this apart for me was the staff. They were so beyond friendly and helpful and kind. Every time I talked to someone it was like talking to an old friend. The front desk greeted me by name when checking in and checking out and even if I was passing through the lobby."

"The room is clean, staff is very nice. However, their advertise is a bit misleading. I book a suite, but when I checked in, it was just a larger king size room and they said they do not have a suite in West Boise Holiday Inn. It becomes very inconvienient."
