"Location is excellent. Short walking distance to every good restaurant and shop. The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gym is very good sized for the size of the apartment building with 13 units in it. The management’s communication was prompt and friendly and responded to all of our wishes. However, the place is advertised as a hotel, but don’t expect services as in a hotel. It resembles more a short term rental home - no cleaning service and no lobby....

"Wish a bigger continental breakfast included rather than just a coffee bar. Was just in Spokane at Airport Hilton and included breakfast was amazing. That said we had a fire across the street, power outage for a bit, and the staff was wonderful and accommodating! We will be back to stay more often soon! "

"Gorgeous grounds and venue with a beautiful oceanfront view. Plenty of parking as part of SMCC campus. Short drive to downtown Portland and lots of stores around in South Portland. Very unique experience, would stay again without hesitation!"

"The room seemed clean and was very spacious! The bathroom however had a weird pink stain above the toilet on the ceiling. The front desk was very kind and helpful to me. However when my boyfriend forgot his charger and came back the same evening they were unable to located it. He also called back several times and they said it was lost. Overall it was a good stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!"
