"excellent place and very friendly"

"Checking in a 9pm, I got the "Neglected room" behind the elevators. The bathroom sink was clogged, the floor made your feet brown if you were barefoot. But, since I brought it to the nice staff's attention, it should all be fixed for the next people who end up in "that room"."

"The non smoking room smelled like smoke, which got worse if anyone smoked nearby. I slept under the sheets to breathe better. "

"Parking was safe and easy. Plenty of parking. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Welcoming staff was very nice, very real, and eager, not rushed, to make sure my wife and I were checked in with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient despite being full. We didn't eat at the Flanagan Restaurant attstched, a big plus for this hotel. We usually search for great, local eateries to support and local businesses and try something new. We did the same for breakfast."

"The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. "
