very convenient for MECC , easy walk to Maastricht and bus right outside the door if you want. also train about 200m that is on mainline. Hotel good quality and good rooms , nice spa and breakfast. staff very friendly and seems to be fluent in Eng French, Dutch, German, Flemish etc. recommend for MECC events

Two single beds pushed together but separated duvets. Worked well for my daughter and I. The Ed apartments were so close by making it easy to get to move my daughter in. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is fine. Loved the bar and breakfast. There aren’t any sockets for charging phones by the bed and staff was unclear about costs (especially parking we could have saved 20 euros if we knew we could park in the street for free).

Check in and check out was quick. The car park was easily accessible and easy to park. The hotel is some 3 to 4 km from the centre and there is an excellent bus service from in front of the hotel, so no need to drive. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The employees at the reception were friendly and attentive. The furnishings of the rooms and the beds were also very good. The spa area and the breakfast disappointed us. What I remember most badly is that my Apple device, which I had left on my desk, could no longer be found the next day.

This hotel, situated slightly outside the city center, was our preferred choice due to limited availability in the downtown area. The NH brand consistently delivers above-average accommodations, and we had high expectations for this establishment. While it may have been a four-star hotel a few years ago, it has since become outdated and requires some refurbishment. The room was spacious and featured comfortable beds and high-quality linens. However, the bathroom sink and shower exhibited poor drainage, which was an unpleasant experience. The basic amenities were adequate, but the furnishings and closet were noticeably worn out. Fine for one night, just not a 4 star experience.

NH Hotel is an excellent hotel, and the staff is very accommodating. The only downside is that the mattress was rather hard. I think it is time for management to invest in good-quality, comfortable mattresses. The staff did offer us a soft topper, though. So, if you don't like a hard mattress, ask the staff for a topper. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods. There was even a choice for hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

Perfect location if you have to be by the Randwyck area in Maastricht. Close to train and bus stations, some university schools, the MECC and the hospital are literally next door. Highly recommended!
