"Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience"

"What I liked: Hotel is located in a good area next to a grocery store. I could walk to the University where we held our workshops. The restaurant is good. In general, everyone who worked there was pretty accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant staff were really nice and chipper but the service was very slow, and for some reason they had out cold cereal but no milk. The rooms are small but are in good condition. What I did not like: check-in took nearly an hour because the clerk could not...
