"Frank was awesome! We had a family emergency and he went above and beyond! He checked to see if we could get on the latest Perurail at 10pm!! They made room for 3 more passengers so we could get back to Cusco. Job well done!!!"

"Very convenient location - 5 min walk from the train station and to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Staff were nice but it would have been helpful if breakfast had been explained better (i.e. telling us that hot food would be made to order rather than figuring it out on our own). The breakfast options were good, though. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait. "

"This place is gorgeous serenity in the midst of what can be a wild town. My 5th floor room with floor to ceiling windows and views of the Andes was everything I’d hoped for! Feel like an ecolodge, right over the river from the train station and walking distance to everything."
