"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "

"The apartment is beautiful, quite large (especially by European standards), very clean, and centrally located in the Santo Spirito, and only about a 5-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The people at reception were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in Florence. "

"Early check-in was accommodated by very friendly staff. Newer hotel, with modern amenities. Room was large, clean and loved that we had a fridge and stove (didn't use the stove but nice it was there just in case). 10 minute walk from the train station, and about 15 minute walk to the lively piazza's and Duomo and about 20 minutes to Piazza Michelangelo. "We stayed in the Classic 2 bed ground floor apartment on Via Camillo Cavour, on arrival we were a little concerned as the address we had appeared to be a school or business centre. However, at the agreed time a gent appeared through some ornate metal and glass doors at the end of the marble corridor and greeted us. He showed us through a courtyard dining area (part of the neighbouring café) and to our apartment which was spacious and clean."
