Khách sạn Madison Heights

"Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay."

"Place was filled with termites and had to change rooms 3 times!"

"This place is HORRIBLE. Paid 76 dollars for there to be BUGS ON BUGS ON BUGS. They were literally everywhere. My boyfriend and I had to sleep in my car. When we asked the staff for a different room there were bugs in that room also. They said they were aware of the bugs but couldn't do anything to help. Yet still let everybody check in, made no one aware of the bug situation, and had a strict 15-minute no-refund rule once you got the room, even though they knew about the bugs."

"It's a great option for folks who enjoy preparing their own meals. While the rooms and furniture show their age, everything was well-maintained, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast selection was simple, though the reasonable nightly rate means you have the flexibility to make up your own breakfast if you'd like."

"By Far The Worst Hotel I’m Been Too . . Drug Deals Going On I’m Pretty Sure There Is A Prostitution Ring On The Second Floor . . Dirty Can’t Even Describe It burn Holes On The Curtains,Carpet,Bed. . Dirty Sheets Trash Lining The Halls Smh I Wish I Didn’t Waste My Money On Such An Horribly Run Hotel"

"I stay in this hotel when I come to visit my Michigan family. It does the trick. The room was really large with a nice seating area, parking is convenient and there are restaurants and coffee shops nearby."

"Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles"

"Everything was great. I don’t really see the purpose of paying for parking though. Good stay overall"

"The staff was excellent, especially the kitchen staff , breakfast taste like a five star restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Staff was good. The parking lot needed some upkeep, there was trash. The lobby and hallways were clean but my husband and I were on the first floor all the way to the end and our hallway was lined with dirty laundry bins because we were by their laundry room. Now the room was good overall and the bed was comfortable but the sink had some hair on it looked like someone had trimmed their beard and the sink wasn't cleaned properly, and it kind of made me think about what else wasn't cleaned...

"Everyone was super friendly. Helpful when I had questions. The shuttle for the game was so fun. Food court had nice choices. Casino was fun. Only thing I was bummed about is I didn’t win big."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was clean although the furniture could use an update. There was only one elevator but never had to wait long for it. The room was a good size and was relatively clean, but could have used a refresh. I liked that there was just a shower and no bathtub, but there were no grab handles in the shower stall. There were also no hooks on the back of the door and the bathroom, like the room, could use a refresh. There was also quite a bit of noise from...
