"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"Lovely stay for four nights. The hotel is a short flat walk into the town of Sorrento (17-20 mins). The hotel also offers shuttle which is handy if you are going out for the night and have your heels on. Breakfast was lovely, everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel buffet breakfast.
