"We had a lovely stay at the Riverhouse resort. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious with great views overlooking the river - very peaceful but easy to access shops/restaurants. Good breakfast - we left early (cycling MHS loop) and staff prepared us a takeaway breakfast on second morning. A very relaxing and restorative stay. We'll return when we are back in Mae Sarieng as it is the best accommodation option. "

This town is definitely small and off the main path, so we were happy with this place to stay on our road trip. It's an older building and the room was a little stuffy (not sure it's used a ton) but it cleared up with the AC unit and we had a comfortable night.
