"Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great!
The rooms are clean and fresh, as are the bed linen and towels. I stayed in room 306 and found it to be relatively quiet late at night/early morning.

Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else.

A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable. My husband celebrated his birthday during our visit, and the head chef arranged a cake, which was even served with a birthday song from him and his team. "The interiors are extremely pleasing ,rooms are clean, everything is put up in a gud way the mirrors the wall clock, side lamps. Wifi was gud, 24hours hot water service, and the soap offered werevof Himalaya and shampoo of boutique,quality wise excellent, the staff there were gentle and nice, services were quick, the view was gud, overall it was a pleasant stay , hoping to get bck for the next visit soon."
