"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours! "We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."
